The conference area consists of three Meeting Rooms, two of which are intercommunicating, thanks to a moveable wall. They have been fitted-out with state of the art equipment such as a fixed amplification system; audio and video recording; slide and video projection system; overhead projectors and flip charts; close circuit TV; podium; laser pens; microphones; admin room; direct line telephone; air conditioning; Wi-Fi connection and other facilities available on request (simultaneous translation, video conferencing, clip-on radio microphones, etc.). GSM and UMT coverage.
In an open space, the Archi Room, it is possible to organise a multitude of events, such as press conferences, instructional courses, gala dinners, ceremonies and ad hoc banquets. It is also uniquely placed for staging non conventional meetings that call for special atmospheres and exclusive elegance.
Our spaces are the perfect backdrop for a business meeting, whether it be an important private conversation or a prestigious meeting, with video-conferencing.
We offer a variety of solutions. These range from simply hiring the room to different budget meeting formulae.
Catering is not contracted out to external caterers, but is the direct responsibility of selected member of the hotel staff. Our clients always have a “Tailor Made” service at their disposal.
